We currently offer a wide range of vegetable, herb, and flower seedlings as well as prepared food (from Quarter Acre EATS) for pick up in St. Michaels on Saturdays or Tilghman Island from Sunday through Friday. (This summer, produce such as tomatoes and peppers will also be available for pick up.)
Orders must be placed by Thursday for Saturday pick up.
As we all reckon with the impact we will face from the coronavirus pandemic, many have determined that starting or expanding their garden is a way to ensure that a source of stability, joy, and health remains in their lives, no matter what the next few months may bring. We agree that having your own garden is a great thing to have no matter if it is a few containers on your patio or a quarter acre field in your backyard. We are committed to providing you access to thriving nutritious seedlings for all your planting needs.
If you are interested in picking up seedlings at another location on the Eastern Shore or for local home delivery please contact us via email and we will see what we can do.
The software platform we are using to sell our products online is called Food4All. Their mission is to connect farmers and artisan food producers with their local community. It is the shoppers that support local sellers’ use of the software by paying a small community supported software (CSS) fee of 2.5% + 95 cents per transaction, capped at $9.95, to Food4All for online orders. When the shopper checks out they will see the fee as “Community Supported Software Fee.”
